Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also known as grappling, is the largest sport at IMAG e.V. and covers practically every age group: from first movement experiences in Mat Adventure for the youngest starting at age 2, through structured kids' and youth training, to Gi and No-Gi classes for adults, a dedicated Women's Class, and the Competition Class for anyone looking to gain competition experience.
BJJ training is organized under the Hilti BJJ Berlin brand, home to one of the most successful competition teams in Germany.
Adults
From your first class to the Competition Class.
Adults get the widest range of classes in the whole club: structured onboarding classes to get started, Gi and No-Gi Fundamentals (grappling) for anyone who wants to learn the basics properly, and advanced All Levels classes several times a week. If you want to compete, the Competition Class and BJJ Lab offer focused technique training under competition conditions.
On top of that, there are specialized formats like the Lightweight Class and the Women's Class, led by Denise Krahn — for anyone who prefers to start out in a more protected setting, with the long-term goal of joining the regular classes.
